Gayle Hinton is a highly experienced, National Board Certified educator, specializing in student learning, classroom procedures, and sound instructional strategies. She currently works as a consultant with the PBL Project and an Adjunct Professor at the University of South Carolina.
Her broad-based K–12 educational experience spans almost 40 years in all four core content areas, as well as Gifted Education. Her most recent position includes Coordinator of Science, Math, and Social Studies K-12 (Lexington 2 School District near Columbia, SC).
Gayle provides customized trainings focused on helping educators implement standards-based learning and improve students’ academic performance through rigor, relevance and the development of high-quality formative and summative assessments.
It is her desire to support the professional growth and learning of her peers so that every learner will have equal access to quality, research-based leadership and instruction.
