Gambling on sporting events is against the law.  It is, however, very common.  In most cases, passionate fans simply make small wagers to make the games more exciting (such as during college basketball’s “March Madness’).  In some cases, much more money is at stake.  Should gambling on sports be legalized so that it can become a way for fans to interact with the game?  What are the issues involved?
