Many holidays have a special character who represents the day (such as Santa Claus for Christmas or the Easter Bunny for Easter).  Thanksgiving is an important holiday, but doesn’t have a such a character.  How would you choose one to represent Thanksgiving, and why might having a special character be good for the holiday?
